Islamabad: Justice Shahid Waheed on Wednesday declared the practice and procedure act in clash with the constitution.
In his opposing remarks, Justice Shahid Waheed wrote that the section three and four of the act are in contradiction with each other.
Justice Ayesha Malik has also written an opposing remarks saying a right of appeal can’t be given with a simple majority.
She said that the amendment in the Supreme Court rules can be done by the full court.
