Karachi: Additional burden of prices of electricity of each month on K-electric customers is on rise as they will pay Rs 1.59 per unit extra in month of October.
Per unit Rs 4.33 will be received from K-electric consumers in the month of October.
In the month of November the K-electric customers will pay Rs 4.91 per unit under monthly and quarterly adjustment.
The K-electric has requested the NEPRA to approve raise of Rs 3.9 per unit under the adjustment in the month of July.
Moreover the K-electric had demanded to approve a raise of 51 paisa for the month of August.
