Kabul (April 22, 2018): A suicide bomber killed at least 31 people and wounded dozens outside a voter registration centre in the Afghan capital Kabul on Sunday, the health ministry said, in the latest attack on election preparations.
According to reports, the explosion happened at an ID distribution and voter registration center at about 10am on Sunday morning in PD6.

Eyewitnesses said a number of ambulances converged on the area and security forces cordoned off the scene of the explosion.
This is the fourth attack in less than a week against the election process and no group has yet claimed responsibility for Sunday’s explosion.
