Two professors belonging to American University of Afghanistan have been abducted from Kabul. Afghan officials said that the US and Australian professors were abducted on gun-point.
According to the US TV the US and Australian professors were abducted from outside of the University in capital of Afghanistan.
Kabul Police Chief Abdul Rehman Raheemi has confirmed the kidnapping of the two foreign professors. On the other hand the US state department spokesman also confirming the abduction said that efforts are being made to recover the professors.
Recently Taliban in Afghanistan, after attacking tourist destination threatened for more attacks and abduction of foreigners .
