Karachi: Chief of MQM Restoration Committee Dr Farooq Sattar on Wednesday asked support from Syed Mustafa Kamal’s chief of Pakistan Sarzameen Party (PSP) in the by-election on NA-245.
Dr Farooq Sattar today visited the PSP headquarter Pakistan House with his delegation, upon reaching Syed Mustafa Kamal welcomed him. The PSP chief Syed Mustafa Kamal has ensured Dr Farooq Sattar that after consultation with the party leaders whether to support him nor not.
On the occasion, Dr Farooq Sattar said that it is matter of shaking hands with two parties that how other parties can not shake hand with us.
Talking to media, Dr Farooq Sattar, who also once mayor of the city, said that the by-election forced him to reach hear adding that he said that he wanted to serve the city joining with the PSP. He said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) rejected him.
The PSP chief said that the situation of the country is very complicated and sophisticated. Syed Mustafa Kamal said that his and brother Farooq Sattar have same ideology.
He said that whatever brother Farooq is doing he is constantly touch with him. Both the leaders of the two party expressed determination to keep in touch in the future as well.
