Karachi Board Extends Deadline for Inter Part-I Admission

KARACHI: The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has announced an extension of the admission deadline for Inter part-I students until August 8, ARY News reported.

According to Dr. Naveed Rab Siddiqui, Director General of Colleges Sindh, the extension was granted due to delays in the announcement of matric pre-engineering results in Karachi. He explained that these delays had disrupted the admission process; however, so far, approximately half of the students have successfully enrolled across various colleges in the city.

To assist students during this extended period, Dr. Siddiqui mentioned that facilitation centers and help desks have been established within colleges throughout Karachi to guide applicants through the process.

Additionally, BIEK provides an online enrollment facility. Students can enroll by following these steps:

Visit the Online Enrollment Web Portal.

If you are a new user, register using your Email and create a Password; remember these credentials for future reference.

After registration, you can update and complete your profile.

Once your profile is ready, click on the ‘Enroll’ button.

Fill in the required details accurately, matching your matriculation records.

Upload your passport-sized photograph (blue background), matriculation mark-sheet, and college admission receipt.

If you are from another board, submit/upload a permission letter from BIEK and a migration certificate from your previous board.

O-Level or international students must obtain and upload an equivalency certificate from IBCC instead of a migration certificate.

After completing the process, the system will generate a PDF of your enrollment form. Download and print this form.

Submit the printed enrollment form as a hard copy to the designated college or admission office
