Law enforcement agencies have conducted raid in Gulshan Iqbal and arrested four alleged terrorists allegiance to Lashkar Jhangvi including one who was accused of planning suicide attack on slain Punjab home minister Shuja Khanzada.
In a press conference in Karachi SSP Farooq Awan claimed that SIU and CPLC have conducted joint raids and arrested four members of banned out fit Lashkar Jhangvi as the arrested accused are allegedly involved in kidnapping, murder, robbery and extortion along with some other heinous crimes.
He told media that terrorists were planning to kidnap of high profile personality and terrorism activities in the city while one of them, Kashisf Ali, had involved in planning to suicide attack on slain Punjab home minister Shuja Khanzada as LMG, hand grenade and other arm was also recovered from his possession.
