Karachi: Karachi Kings clinched victory over Quetta Gladiators by 56 runs in the eight match of the PSL-10 here at Karachi on Friday, tonight.
Chasing the target Quetta Gladiators batting line-up could not show up and made 119 runs in the allotted overs losing nine wickets.
Only two scores of 33 and 30 by captain Saud Shakeel and Muhammad Amir respectively were prominent.
Quetta’s eight players could not even cross double digits.
On the other hand, Karachi Kings Hassan Ali begged three wickets while Muhammad Nabi and Abbass Afridi picked two wickets each.
Besides Mir Hamza and Amir Jamal got one wicket each.
Earlier, Karachi Kings set a compete-able target of 176 to chase for Quetta Gladiators.
James Vince played tremendous innings of 70 runs off 47 balls with six fours and one six.Skipper David Warner made 31 runs.
Besides that Tim Seifert scored 27 runs while Irfan Khan and Muhammad Nabi hammered 17 and 18 runs respectively.
From Quetta Gladiators, Muhammad Amir and Ali Majid begged two wickets each. Whereas Sean Abboatt, Abrar Ahmed and Saud Shakel picked one wicket each.
Karachi Kings opted for bat after winning the toss.
