KARACHI: Karachi is expected to experience a slight reduction in cold temperatures starting January 31, Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz said.
Speaking about the upcoming weather conditions, Sarfaraz stated that the intensity of the cold will decrease by one to two degrees Celsius, marking the beginning of warmer days.
“There is no possibility of a new cold wave, and the cold weather will end entirely by the first week of next month,” he added.
The daytime temperatures are expected to rise, with the maximum likely to hover around 29 to 30 degrees Celsius. Despite the warmer days, Karachiites can expect cool nights to persist for a short period.
In addition, the chief meteorologist ruled out the possibility of rain in Karachi and other parts of Sindh during the first week of February.
