Kashmiris residents on both side of line of control celebrate affiliation to Pakistan day on July 19 every year. Back in 1947, Kahsmiris had passed resolution for affiliation with Pakistan.
As a historical facts, representative of Kashmiris party Muslim Conference historic meeting was held on July 19, 1947 in the chair of Chaudhry Hamid Ullah Khan on the house of Muhammad Ibrahim Khan.
At that day, the resolution for affiliation with Pakistan was presented by Khawaja Ghulam Wani and Abdul Rehman Wani.
All the participants of the meeting had approved the resolution and on the light of the resolution British government had given choice to Kashmiris in distribution formula of south-east Asia that they could join any country of their choice but in October 1947 India attack Kashmir and occupied the territory and resorted to atrocities on Kashmiris people to decrease their number strength in the valley but India could not compel Kashmiris to withdraw from their wish to affiliate with Pakistan.
Kashmiris People today as well asking people of Pakistan and government of Pakistan this question that why still Pakistan aorta is in occupation of India?.
