ISLAMABAD: Murat Nurtullo, Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, touched down in Islamabad on Monday for a two-day official visit aimed at bolstering diplomatic ties between the two nations.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Nurtullo was received with warmth at Islamabad International Airport by Syed Ali Asad Gilani, Additional Secretary for West Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with other senior officials.
During his stay, the Kazakh dignitary is scheduled to participate in high-level meetings and negotiations with Pakistani officials to strengthen cooperation in political, economic, and regional areas. The Foreign Office highlighted that this visit is part of ongoing arrangements for Kazakhstan’s President to visit Pakistan, anticipated in November. Officials emphasized that the trip underscores the increasing momentum in Pakistan-Kazakhstan relations and the mutual interest in expanding collaboration across various sectors.
