KARACHI: Electricity is likely to be Rs 3.45 per unit for the citizens of Karachi as. K Electric has filed an application in NEPRA. According to NEPRA, K Electric has demanded an increase in the price of electricity in the context of the September fuel adjustment. The NEPRA notice said that a hearing would be held on November 3 at the request of K Electric. Sources said that if K Electric's application is approved, consumers will face an additional burden of Rs6.64 billion.
