LAHORE: Accountability Court (AC) of Lahore approving transitional remand of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique allowed him to visit Islamabad and attend ongoing National Assembly budget session.
The transitional remand from 20 to 22 June of the PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique arrested in the paragon society scandal was insisted in the AC Lahore.
The jail officials told the court that they have received the production orders of Khawaja Saad Rafique, MNA from Lahore, regarding attending the ongoing NA budget session and opined that let the MNA be allowed to attend the NA session.
The AC judge Jawad Ul Hassan approved the transitional remand of Khawaja Saad Rafique for two days to attend the NA budget session.
