Islamabad: Names of Pakistanis killed and rescued in Morocco migrant boat capsizing incident have surfaced while the most of them are belonged to Punjab.
As many as 15 Pakistanis that were killed have been identified which includes a man hailing from Gujrat Raees Afzal, Qaisar Iqbal and Qasnain Hyder.
Besides that, the deceased also includes Sajid Ali of Mandi Bahauddin, Muhammad Waqas from Gunjranwala while Sufyan Ali, Arsalan, Muhammad Akram, Shabbir Ahmed also included in the list of deceased Pakistanis.
A 13 persons being rescued were also identifed as Zahid Butt from Gujrat, Syed Mehtab Ul Hassan, Mujahid Ali, Muhammd Adeel .
The man rescued also includes Uzair Basharat, Shameer Gul Muhi Uddin, Hassan Ali, Ghulam Mustafa, Khalid Waseem, Iqbal Imran, Hussain Muddasir and Muhammad Khaliq.
It is merit to mentioned that as many as 50 were killed including 44 Pakistan as a boat carrying 86 passengers on board going to Spain from Mauritania was capsized near a port in Morocco.
