MARDAN: Advisor to Prime Minister Eng. Amir Muqam on Friday come down hard on PTI chief Imran Khan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, saying that KP has rejected Imran Khan and the people of the province are now with PML-N.
Addressing a public meeting in Mardan, the PML-N leader said that he was not even frightened by suicide attacks and remained in the province. “Then how I would be afraid by Imran and Khattak,” he remarked.
Paying tributes to the APS attack martyrs, Muqam said that the tragedy united the nation against terrorism and extremism. This tragedy prompted the government and the Army to launch Operation Zarb-e-Azb that broke the back of the terrorists.
He added that the war against terrorism would continue in the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
