Lahore: Once again Lahore has earned the unfortunate title of the most polluted city in Pakistan, largely due to the worsening air quality stemming from pollution originating in India.
In the morning, the air quality remained poor due to which Lahore became the most polluted city in the country. Where 459 particulate meters were recorded, while the number of particulate meters was 424 in Faisalabad, 378 in Multan and 275 in Rojhan.
Conversely, the Department of Meteorology reports a dry and chilly forecast for the plains, with no likelihood of rain.
Meanwhile, in Gilgit-Baltistan conditions are expected to be mostly cloudy, with potential light rain in select areas and light snowfall anticipated in the mountainous regions.
