The girl who imposed allegation on DSP of being raped by him, has changed her statement, as the affected victim has confessed during investigation, police officials have shifted accused DSP Imran Babar to Kot Lakhpat prison.
A girl named Sana is the resident of Kahna area in Lahore, levelled allegations of alleged rape on DSP Imran Babar Jamil, however accused was immediately arrested after the news was on aired on media.
Mother of the victim imposed allegation that DSP detained her for two days and left her after 48 hours of abuse, while accused denied to rape her and tried to defend himself before the media.
After the incident, when police investigative team began the investigation thus it was disclosed that it was not the matter of abuse, but mutual consent.However, girl has confessed that she was not raped as she went with DSP on mutual consent.
