LAHORE: Eight people were killed and another 30 were injured in a blast at a market in Z Block of posh DHA area here.
The injured were taken to General Hospital. Many of the injured are reported to be in critical condition.
CTD and Bomb Disposal squads have arrived at the scene of blast.
Police attributed blast to explosion of generator. Security forces have cordoned off the area.
Four buildings were damaged by the blast while a car was completely damaged.
