LAHORE: A family court of Lahore on Wednesday canceled a warrant arrest of the daughter of ex-premier Yousuf Raza Gillani, Fiza Batool.
The Lahore family court headed by Judge Akhtar Hussain heard a petition filed by the husband of Fiza Batool, seeking a meeting with his son while the daughter of ex-premier appeared before the court along with his son and brother Ali Mosa Gillani.
The Judge canceled the arrest warrants issued earlier of Fiza Batool as she was present in the court along with his son while the court ordered Fiza Batool to allow his son Azfar Khan to meet his father on July 13.
It is pertinent to mention here that the court has issued the arrest warrant of Fiza Batool as she had denied meeting of his son with his father.
