KARACHI: Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) continue operation against miscreants in metropolis Karachi and claim to have arrested a gang-war member from Liaquatabad, an extortionist from Nazimabad and two dacoits form Summon Abad area.
According to details, police launched an operation on a tip-off intelligence agencies in Liaquatabad C-1 area and took gang-war member Farooq Maya into custody. He is involved in bomb attacks on different police stations.
While Nazimabad police arrested an extortionist, Danish alias Shamsi and recovered weapons and extortion letters from his possession.
Summon Abad police arrested two dacoits who were looting people near ATM machine in the area. They were identified as Yousaf and Ameer Moavia. Police have recovered weapons and 42,000 looted money from their possession.
