Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that the Afghan government should be taken into confidence and then the procedure for their return should be decided. Afghans living legally under the guise of being illegal are also being blackmailed. Legally resident Afghans are being blackmailed by the local administration and influential people. Cruel behavior is being adopted to seize their properties, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that such actions will have negative effects on the relations with the neighboring country. The issue of bilateral negotiations should be resolved seriously.
