LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice Aaliya Neelum has approved the dismissal of civil judge Zile Huma over misconduct and a breach of discipline, according to an LHC Registrar’s notification.
The notification said Huma remained absent from duty after completing her deputation at the Supreme Court. An inquiry into her absence found her guilty of misconduct and recommended that she be removed from service.
The Registrar issued the dismissal notification after the chief justice’s approval.
