Justice Shahid Karim of Lahore High Court has summoned the smog remediation case
During hearing member commission said, cutted off of trees in township for electric buses depot, according to the information the cutted trees were saled in timber market.
On this, the court summoned the Punjab Transport Secretary and said that there should be an investigation as to where the cut trees go, if the matter of cutting the trees is found to be true, a case will be registered against the responsible parties.
Lahore High Court said, that create software for vehicle data, make checking data by keeping time of 3 months, until the DCs are exchanged, things are not fixed.
The court said that schools and offices should make a work-from-home policy, smog is not over, it will return suddenly, construction work should not start.
Later, the court adjourned further hearing on the case till December 3.
