Lahore: Hoarders has gotten illegal benefit from the court orders as a secret report on rise of price in sugar submitted to the Punjab government.
The report has declared prohibition orders reason behind the hike in the sugar price.
The illegal profit is being earned through sugar mills and fixers in collusion with the extortionists.
