Islamabad(May 23, 2018): The deposed Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said all the weapons are intended for politicians since when Musharraf left in 2014 he directly went to the hospital as it had been decided from before.
Addressing a presser in Punjab House, Islamabad, Nawaz Sharif further said that General Musharraf was welcomed by everyone in 99, when he removed the government of PML-N, he violated the constitution, put judges under house arrest.

He said that the judges could not send Musharraf behind bars even for an hour as he pretended to be sick and avoided the case hearings.
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that challenges and pressure increased as soon as treason case began against former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf.
Nawaz said that a secret organisation officer conveyed him to either resign or to go on an extended leave implying that he did something very wrong by initiating an inquiry against Musharraf.
Nawaz Sharif said that it’s really hard to bring a dictator in the court of justice, the law is made to punish politicians when it comes to Army dictators the equation is different, Sharif added.
Former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif said he was given a message through Asif Zardari to provide parliamentary endorsement to the 2nd martial law of Musharraf, but he denied doing so, this is the detail of my sins, Sharif added.
“If only you could summon the souls of Liaquat Ali Khan, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto and ask them what happened,” he said, adding “If only all PMs could be summoned and asked why weren’t they allowed to complete their constitutional tenure?
Ptv, Parliament, PM House, Presidency was not safe from the protestors, the only reason was to remove me so that proceedings against Musharraf cannot move forward, Nawaz Sharif said.
I feel disgrace in taking a certificate of Patriotism from others, said Nawaz Sharif.
Nawaz Sharif said that he respects Pakistan Army, who is sacrificing lives for the defence of the homeland.
Nawaz Sharif that defense was unable to plead the case against him, he does not think to present evidence for his defense.
