A Lyari gang war commander identified as Sajjad Khattri, who was carrying Rs1 million head money, was killed in a police encounter in Thatta.
According to detail, the encounter took place on Ghulamullah Road near Makli, which resulted in the killing of an accused, while two of his accomplices managed to flee.
SSP Thatta said that the slain ‘gangster’ was identified as Sajjad Khatri, a commander of Ustad Taju Group of Lyari gang war. He said that there were over 100 criminals cases registered against the accused in different police stations. He was also carrying a head money of Rs one million.
