Karachi:Like other parts of the country, a protest demonstration was held in Karachi at M.A Jinnah Road on the direction of Ameer Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Siraj Ul Haq against inflation, unemployment and interests base banking system.

Ameer-e-Jamat Islami Karachi chapter Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman addressed the rally.
He said that the company looting the city, K-electric has support of Prime Minister Imran Khan and his ministers.
Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman said that mafias are ruling the country while the federal government is not giving due attention on the metropolis.
He asked that why action is not being taken against the company involved in sucking the blood of Karachiites which has backing of the premier and his ministers.
He said that Muttahida Quami Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) is deceiving the Karachiites as it is part of the federal government adding that why did the MQM-P remain mum on the quota system extension and why did it sign the census?.

He said that these mafias referring to MQM-P is behind ruining the city.
Hafiz Naeem said that the government is not taking any practical measures except making the people fool.
