Islamabad (May 17, 2017) Pakistan Meteorological Department on Wednesday forecast mainly hot and dry weather for most parts of the country. However, it said that Islamabad, upper parts of the country including upper Punjab are likely to receive rains.
According to Met Office, during next 24 hours, weather in most parts of the country will remain hot and dry. However, isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala divisions, Islamabad, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir might receive rains coupled with thunderstorm.
During the last 24 hours, weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country. However, isolated places in Kashmir, upper Punjab, Upper KP, Gilgit-Baltistan, Bahawalpur, Zhob, Makran and Larkana received rains.
Highest rains recorded in Kasur at 17 mm.
Yesterday’s highest temperature was reordered in Dadu, Benazirabad, Turbat, Mithi and Bhakkar at 44°C.
