LAHORE: Major Wajahat Waheed, who embraced martyrdom in Pasni, Balochistan, was laid to rest in Lahore with full military honours.
The funeral prayer of the martyred army officer was attended by Punjab Governor, Corps Commander Lahore, senior provincial ministers, civil and military officials, and a large number of local residents.
The participants paid tribute to Major Wajahat Waheed for his sacrifice in the line of duty.
