LAHORE: In a heartfelt celebration, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz marked the 78th Independence Day of Pakistan by honoring Nawaz Sharif, the armed forces, and the nation’s political leaders. The occasion coincided with the inauguration of the Marka-e-Haq Memorial Park, a new landmark in Punjab.
Addressing the attendees, CM Maryam emphasized the importance of unity and resilience, stating, “A decisive battle against chaos and corruption is underway. We are confident of emerging victorious.” She further expressed pride in the occasion, highlighting that this year’s Independence Day carried a special sense of patriotism and hope for the future.
