LAHORE: Citizens of Punjab can now report the loss of important documents such as CNICs, passports, and driving licenses from the comfort of their homes,
without visiting a police station or service center. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has officially launched the Punjab Police Pakistan App to facilitate this process.
Through the app, residents can register reports of lost documents digitally, ensuring a quick and hassle-free experience. Additionally, the app will deliver the FIR for lost documents directly to the user’s home, eliminating the need to visit police stations or service centers.
Maryam Nawaz emphasized that leveraging modern technology aims to create greater convenience for the public. She stated that making Punjab a hub of digital innovation is a top priority for the government.
The Chief Minister also highlighted that reporting lost documents via the app will save both time and resources, making the process more efficient and accessible for everyone.
