Police has gone active after Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar took notice of the incident, while DIG KPK Salahuddin Mehsood chaired an important meeting in DIG office Mardan regarding Mashal murder case.
The meeting was attended by DIG Mardan Mohammed Alam Shinwari, DPO Mardan Dr. Mian Saed Ahmed including other senior officers. DIG Mardan briefed regarding Mashal murder case and told that 22 accused have been arrested, while there is a rapid advancement in the case, while all the information has been surfaced except few arrests and questions.
IGP KPK praised police performance, saying that investigation is heading towards right direction. He directed police officers to ensure remaining accused and to make sure the transparent and unbiased investigation of the case.
