ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e Islam (F) leader Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri on Wednesday paid tributes to the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for shooting down two Indian fighter jets.
Addressing a press conference the JUI-F leader said that Indian government was continuously targeting Pakistan Army after the Pulwama attack. Pakistan Air force had given befitting response over Indian fighter jets intrusion into Pakistan’s airspace.
“Modi carried out Pulwama attack just to win the election, peace cannot be restored in the region until the independence of Kashmir,” he added.
Maulana Ghafoor Haideri also announced to hold a countrywide rally on coming Friday to show solidarity with Pak Army.
