ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has scheduled hearings for eight bail appeals filed by PTI founder Imran Khan in connection with the May 9 cases.
The Registrar’s Office has issued the cause list for the hearings and has notified Imran Khan’s legal team accordingly.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, will hear the appeals on August 12. Justice Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will also be part of the bench.
It is worth noting that the previous hearing was postponed at the request of Imran Khan’s counsel, Salman Safdar.
