KARACHI: An anti-terorrism court (ATC) in Karachi expressed outrage over non-production of witness by the investigation officer during the hearing of media houses attack case on Saturday.
The court directed the investigation officer to ensure presence of witness in next hearing.
Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan, Kanwar Naveed, Qamar Mansoor, Shahid Pasha and other accused were also present in the ATC during the hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing till February 9 with directions to the investigation officer to product witness.
In previous hearing, the ATC indicted 60 accused in the case while the court declared Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Founder and other seven accused as proclaimed offenders.
