Islamabad: The meteorological department on Wednesday, today predicted rains in different areas of the country.
As per the met office, rain with thunderstorm will lash and snow fall in upper and western areas of the country.
From today to till January 6 westerly waves will enter the country, the met department apprised.
Rains are likely to pour today in the upper areas, central Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwas, Gilgit Baltistan, Quetta and Kashmir.
