Karachi: Meteorological Department has predicted rains in Karachi starting from evening of July 18.
Monsoon spell is on peak all across the country as heavy rains are continued to lash in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh.
The met department said that sea wind are continued to breeze in the city while it is likely that the maximum temperature will likely to remain 35 degree centigrade, however drizzling are expected in morning and night.
Forecasting downpours in Karachi from July 18 evening apprised that substantial rains expected in the metropolis in Karachi on July 19 and July 20.
It is also predicted that the same system will likely to cause showers in other districts of Sindh.
On the other hand, the yesterday heavy downpours paralyzed system of live in Hyderabad while the citizens passed sleepless night.
Owing to faulty arrangments roads and streets drowned in the rain water while more than 100 electricity feeder tripped which turned the city into the darkness.
The met department also refuted the information of cloud burst adding that 50 mm rains reported in the half an hour in Hyderabad yesterday.
