KEY BISCAYNE: Roger Federer beat longtime nemesis Rafael Nadal for the third time this year Sunday to clinch the Miami Open here by 6-3, 6-4.
Thirty-five-year-old Federer also became the oldest Miami Open champion.
Federer also beat his longtime nemesis Nadal in the Australian Open final three months ago in January and also again two weeks ago in match two weeks ago on his way up in Indian Wells title.
Previous Federer won Key Biscayne in 2005 and 2006.
