Lahore: Former governor Punjab Mian Muhammad Azhar funeral prayers were offered outside Qaddafi Stadium Lahore on Wednesday after Zuhar prayers.
Molana Professor Muhammad Yousuf led the funeral prayers.
Hundreds of PTI workers and activists along with political and social personalities were attended his funeral.
Besides that, provincial Minister for sports Faisal Khokar, ex-foreign minister Khursheed Qasuri, PTI leaders, Mian Aijaz Shafi, Jamshed Iqbal were also attended the funeral as well.
Later he was laid to rest in a graveyard near his house in the presence of his son Hamad Azhar and hundreds of people.
