Islamabad: A milestone has achieved in the registration of new companies as the record of May 2025 has broken.
The Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has registered a record 4,065 companies in July 2025.
All the process of the registration of the new companies remained 100 percent digital.According to the SECP, total numbers of registered companies climbed to 2, 62, 309.
The paid investment of the new registered companies remained 49. 6 lakh, 4906000.
A 57 percent private limited companies, 39 percent single member companies registered.As many as 862 companies related to IT and e-commerce were registered while trading 530, services 468, real estate 398 new companies registered.
Moreover five companies related to capital market, one insurance company, two companies of non banking finance were awarded licences.
