Islamabad: Lambasting the PTI government, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) member of upper house, Senator Sherry Rehman said that whole of the world is saying inflation is on rise in Pakistan, on the other hand, cabinet members make ridiculous statements about inflation.
In her tweet on Thursday, the PPP senior leader said that as per the magazine the economist Pakistan is on third position according to rate of inflation around the globe. While she asked is Pakistan still the cheapest country in the world?.
She said that the whole world is calling that inflation is on upward trajectory in Pakistan while the PTI-led federal government adamant to recognize it. She said that repercussion of the mini budget has to come.

Sherry said that that is the reason why the PPP is going to hold long march on February 27 against the inflation and incompetent government.
