Islamabad: Mobile services are suspended on the occasion of chehlum of Shuhda-e- Karbala in various cities of the country.
According to spokesman of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) on the instructions of the interior ministry the mobile service will be suspended in different cities of Sindh.
The mobile services are suspended including Karachi, Khair Pur, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur and Shikarpur.
The spokesman of the PTA apprised that the measure has been taken to ensure retaining peace and security.
The mobile services will also be suspended from start to end of the procession.
