ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has commended the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) for carrying out a successful operation against terrorists in Shagai area of Lakki Marwat.
In a statement, Mohsin Naqvi said the CTD Khyber Pakhtunkhwa thwarted the malicious plans of Fitna-al-Khawarij militants by killing six terrorists during the operation.
The interior minister praised the professionalism, dedication, and bravery shown by CTD personnel during the action. He paid tribute to the officers involved, calling them courageous defenders who played a key role in eliminating the terrorist threat.
Naqvi added that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are proud of the CTD force for its commitment and professionalism. He also described the department’s continued operations to maintain peace and stability in the province as highly commendable.
