Mohsin Naqvi Pays Heartfelt Tribute to Martyr Captain Muhammad Ali Qureshi

LAHORE: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the family of Shaheed Captain Muhammad Ali Qureshi, honoring his supreme sacrifice for the nation.

On Eid, Mohsin Naqvi visited the martyr’s residence in Railway Officers Colony, Walton, where he met with Captain Qureshi’s mother, wife, young daughter, uncle, and other family members. He paid a deeply emotional tribute to the Captain’s courage and dedication.

The martyr’s mother became visibly emotional as she recalled her son’s bravery, while his young daughter, Ayana, kissed her father’s photograph and proudly wore his medal around her neck. Naqvi consoled the grieving mother, spent time with the family, and offered heartfelt prayers for Captain Qureshi’s soul.

Naqvi emphasized that Captain Ali Qureshi was a true national hero and reassured the family that they would always have the government’s support. “Captain Qureshi courageously thwarted the nefarious plans of terrorists, and his sacrifice will forever remain etched in the heart of the nation,” Naqvi said.

The Minister further praised Captain Qureshi’s unwavering commitment to the defense of Pakistan, stating, “His sacrifice embodies the indomitable resolve of the Pakistan Army and the entire nation in the fight against terrorism.”

Captain Muhammad Ali Qureshi embraced martyrdom on August 26, 2024, while valiantly fighting terrorists in Balochistan. His bravery and sacrifice continue to inspire the nation’s resolve in the face of adversity.
