WEB DESK: Weather forecast predicts dry and hot conditions in many regions nationwide. However, a few areas could see thunderstorms accompanied by rain.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of dust storms and rain from this evening until May 31 in Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Specifically, thunderstorms and rain are anticipated in Waziristan, Bannu, Karak, Kohat, Laki Marwat, and Peshawar.
Meanwhile, areas such as Murree, Galiyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, and Chakwal are also expected to see dust storms, gusty winds, and rain with thunder and lightning.
On the other hand, most districts of Sindh are likely to remain hot and dry, along with most areas of Balochistan. However, heavy rainfall is expected in Quetta, Zhob, Musakhel, Sibi, and Bolan.
In Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, strong winds and thunderstorms with rain are forecasted.
Various regions across the country may experience changes in weather conditions, and citizens are advised to take precautionary measures.
