LAHORE: Dense fog has blanketed Lahore and adjoining areas leading to closure of Motorway for vehicular traffic and delay in flights and trains departure and arrivals.
The dense fog has blanketed Lahore and adjoining areas since last night due to which people are facing problem in travelling. Due to the fog visibility on Motorway has been zero and Motorway M-2, Lahore to Pindi Bhattian, M-3 from Faisalabad to Pindi Bhattian and M-4 to from Faisalabad to Gojra have been closed for vehicular traffic.
The fog has also disrupted traffic on National Highway as visibility has been zero in most area of Gujranwala, Sheikhupuira, Faisalabad, Pindi Bhattian, Patoki, Okara. A Motorway and National Highway Police spokesman has advised citizen to avoid unnecessary traveling.
