KARACHI: Spokesman Sindh Police has said that the MQM (London) leaders Hassan Zafar Arif, Kunwar Khalid Yunus, and Amjadullah who were arrested yesterday here were arrested under the MPO Ordinance.
All of the arrested leaders are shifted to the Central Jail Karachi for 30 days. Earlier they were shifted to Mitharam hostel after their arrest. They were arrested by the Rangers from the Press Club yesterday when they had arrived there to hold a press conference which was cancelled after their arrest.
