Islamabad: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) delegation on Thursday called on Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
The MQM-P delegation headed by the Federal Minister for Education Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddique, Dr Farooq Sattar, Syed Mustafa Kamal, Ameen Ul Haq, Javed Hanif and Abdul Hafeez.
Whereas the PM assisted by Deputy Prime Minister-cum-Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Law Azam Nazeer Tarar and the PM advisor on political matters inter provincial coordination Rana Sanaullah.
The MQM-P delegation presented its suggestions for the upcoming budget 2024-2025.
The meeting also consulted on the budget.
Prime Minister welcomed the suggestion presented by the MQM-P and said that the pary is a highly important coalition partner of the government.
The PM said that we will work together with all coalition partners for the challenges faced by the country.
The premier said that Karachi is the vital city of the country and it has an status of backbone for the economy of the country.
PM Shahbaz Sharif said that the government has top most priority for the solutions of the problems of the city.
