Islamabad: A delegation of the Muttahida Quami Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) will call on Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif today.
Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddique and Syed Mustafa Kamal will be the party of the MQM-P delegation who will meet the PM at 12 pm afternoon in the PM house.
Sources said that the MQM-P will adopt stern point of view against hefty electricity bills and non-productive payments to the International Power Producers (IPPs).
The MQM-P has an point of view that the IPPs are receiving illegitimate under non-productive charges from the masses.
The MQM-P will present demand of reviewing agreements to power generation companies in front of the Premier, sources added.
The MQM-P will also urge the PM to allocate special development funds for urban areas of Sindh.
The party will also talk in details regarding issuing of non-interests based loans for the youth of the country.
