KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Monday moved Supreme Court against what it says “planned rigging” in population census.MQM-P chief Farooq Sattar said that the process of census in the urban area of the province had turned out to be planned rigging.
The MQM-P chief filed a petition in Supreme Court’s Karachi Registry, submitting that once against attempts s were being made to show the population of urban area of the province less as companed to rural areas.
Talking to media after submitting the petition in the SC, Sattar said that once against the population of urban areas were show less. He added that they had approached the apex court for justice over the issue.
